Okay just for you all to know she looks exactly like me! I used to have bangs but I may just want to cut them again just to look like her... XD
The doll
Here is a clear picture of her. She is really cute. And loving the boots. :) I think that her outfit is just a little kiddish but still super cute. She is very unique because they usually don't use the "Josefina" face mold. I think that she looks a lot like GOTY 2012 Mckenna, and GOTY 2009 Chrissa. Some say that she looks like Marie-Grace but I don't think so as much...
Here's a close up. Her freckles are too cute! Her accent braid gives a nice touch to her hair, and those bangs are too cute!!! I noticed that AG changed her eyebrows, and the freckle pattern. I have heard that her hair is quite thinner than it looks. Not sure if I like that or not. She also has beautiful highlights!
The Outfits
I think that a lot of Grace's collection for her clothes are really sophisticated and "older" looking. Instead of all the pink. Do you agree? This outfit retails for $34. Pretty expensive. (Like always) And I really am liking the two toned ballet flats!
So here is her "opening night outfit". This outfit is really elegant and beautiful I have to say! It's a little pricey though... $38 to be exact. Ouch! I don't think it is worth the price that it is. But it is still very pretty. :) It's one of my favorite outfits of hers. The headband though...
Here are her pajamas. They have little Eiffel towers with french words. I love the blue! This outfit is simple yet effective! It retails for $24. Just like all of the other PJ's. I love the top especially. :D The bow adds the perfect touch.
Here is her coat! I really like how AG went with the blue color scheme for her collection. :) I really like this piece actually. The bow looks really cute and adds a nice touch to it. This retails for $28. Not too bad. The norm for AG prices. But still expensive... Not sure if I will be getting this. Maybe if I have a little extra money. Maybe. It's not something I think is worth buying for the price when it only comes with one item. We shall see.
Okay, so at first I really didn't like this outfit. I think it is because it looks so babyish! Something that Bitty Baby would wear. Then I realized that it was a apron so my thoughts on it got a little better.
But I still wasn't convinced that I liked it. But now it's growing on me! I see everyone else buying it and they like it so why not? I still think I won't be purchasing it at all. I like it, but not as much as her other outfits. Plus it is a little pricey. $34.
The Furniture
This is too cute. This is Grace's Bistro set. For the sidewalks of Paris! This is a really cute piece. It is $85. Still overpriced. But I love the table!
Here is her beautiful pastry cart. :D It is really detailed and pretty! I won't be getting it but I have to say that it is really pretty. It goes for $150. It would be pretty cool to have this!
O.K. I thought that they were joking with the rumored price's! This is outrageous. $500!!! And people are paying for this... It is really detailed and all but $500??? That is crazy.
Her Accessories
Here is Grace's cute little dog "Bonbon". She is adorable!!! I am not really into pets but I have to agree that she is super cute. :D She retails for $22. I don' t think I will be getting her but she is cute I have to say.
These are her baking accessories. They are pretty over priced for what it comes with but I am loving the mixer. It actually spins! I just love it. The tablet is sorta cheesy though. Just my opinion. The price is $64. Or something like that.
This is waaay over priced. $36! Just for these items! I love the small cute details but it is so expensive... The hat is cute. I love the little box of macaroons. :D
Here are her "Paris accessories". Reminds me of Isabelle a lot! Does it for you? I don't really think that it was necessary for them to have these accessories whenever they already have a $36 set! BTW this goes for $32.
Last but not least Grace's travel set. It comes with a suitcase, lock, luggage tag, pretend passport, pretend plane tickets, and a travel journal. All for a whopping $44. The suitcase is cute but it's overpriced. As always...
There ya go! Those were my thoughts on Grace's new items, and don't get me wrong, I really like Grace but American Girl has really upped their prices! These were just my opinions, so please don't put any hate. Give me a link to your review on Grace from you blog, and I'll most likely check it out! Thanks for reading!

I totally agree with you on lots of things!
ReplyDeleteIt was interesting to read your opinion. :) I, too, am not so fond of her baking outfit. For one main reason: the apron is a main part of the outfit. So, if you take the apron off, you have a not-so-good outfit, because underneath there are leggings. What I think is that an apron is not something to wear all day, so when it's taken off there should be an actual outfit underneath. Hopefully that made sense. :) Anyway, if you're interested with my thoughts, here is my post: http://treasuredfriendshipswithaflair.wordpress.com/2015/01/03/ag-release-january-2015-my-thoughts/
ReplyDeleteTotally true! I had never thought of that... XD Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I just read the post.
